1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you to be delighted with our Nordic-inspired accessories. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your hardware must be:

  • In the same condition it arrived.
  • Unused and uninstalled.
  • In the original boutique packaging with all components included.

3. Return Process

Filing a return is simple:

  1. Contact our support team at solarmail@retailretailis.world with your order number.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and the shipping address for our Tampa, FL studio.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back using a trackable service.

4. Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking for your peace of mind.

5. Inspection and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at solarmail@retailretailis.world so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
